  • Innovative Completion-Based Refund: As part of our commitment to quality and user satisfaction, we provide an extended refund option: If you complete 100% of the coursework (as tracked by our system, including all videos watched, quizzes passed, and assignments submitted) within 30 days of purchase and are still not satisfied with the content quality, you may request a full refund. This policy relies on your honesty and good faith—we do not require proof of dissatisfaction beyond your statement. However, we reserve the right to deny refunds if we detect abuse, such as multiple refund requests or patterns of non-genuine engagement. This is intended as a social experiment to foster trust and accountability in online learning communities.
  • No Refunds for Partial Use: Refunds are not available for partially completed courses outside the 30-day window or for free trials/content.
  • Exceptions: Refunds may not be available where prohibited by law or in cases of technical issues resolved within a reasonable time.
